We submitted a request to withdraw from the 2pot system early October 2024, every time we call, they say it has not been processed as yet. It is now almost 2 months with the same story. We have to trust Mibfa with our life monies and what if something happens and they can't even pay out for death??? We really need the funds and can't trust them any longer, it is not the client's fault if they have a backlog, they had to prepare like all other companies that this system goes live on 1/9/2024
