trying to get pension re-instated

Due to the postal strike last year, my certificate of existence got lost in the mail. As a result, my dads pension was cancelled. I then took all the steps to get it re-instated, from the existence form, to the certified ID etc. On the odd occasion I have communicated with HQ, I get told it will be paid out with the next pay run. This is now since November last year and 3 months down the line, still no pension. My dad relies on that pension to survive. A dog lives better than he does right now. I do what I can to help but the small salary I get doesn't go far. Their feedback on the situation is zero and not sure what the problem is other than bad service.
