Totally rude and ***********

I was on hold for 17 minutes (cause apparently they have 80 callers waiting) after which I was told they would not help me, even though they contacted me first, two days prior. And I was put down as the contact person when the forms were completed. After arguing with the agent, he ever so politely dropped the call?????!!!!
