Terrible service & RUDE

Terrible rude service and no help whatsoever. Helping my step dad with his pension payout its been over 5 months. Karishma is so rude to clients. Im disgusted how people like this can be allowed to work with people. Cannot get ahold of her but once you do there are excuses.
