Phoned in to follow up on my husbands prencion fund witch we app**** for die 11 September 2015, accourding to consultant, it was links on system from 18 september 2015, my husband was next to me, and I was told that i have no right to check into his stuff, because I was not the account holder, but with very bad attitude, becauce I was told at the longeste it can take is 16 weeks, now they tel me I would not be able to give my kids the Christmas they deserve, because the claim Wil not be sorted this year, what the hel, do the people strike the last working month not to accist the people who made sure the papers were sorted 16 weeks as I was told befort the festive season, not only am I unhappy because every body there does not have the facts straight and Al have different stories, but she was rude to me, and when I gave my husband the phone, she slammed it down.
