taking so long wjy?

Good day, I have beemtrying to get my finds about 2 years,I have given Glenda att johannesburg offices 5 certified and signed about 7 months ago,it was supposed to Ayanda, as I am a member off scorpion legal they have tried to help me with no success, do to the fact that it seems that it seems like nothing is happening att mibfa, in this period, I have send registerd mail to mibfa 5 times,is it because their is to much to do?and please mind my spelling as flames coming out of my ears.Only to find out I must reply again because 6 months has past again and u took to long,is this yoIm not employed now please tell me uf u guys need some help.And I have send Ayanda so many, emails to u dear Certified signed, colour and black and white, scorpion legal pension fund has sen u so many mails to. And I hace them all as proof, so please I would like my money and, som good answers to why I dont have my monet yet.
