Taking ages with my claim.

<p>I went to Mibfa on the 21st of October 2016 to process my pension fund claim and still haven't recieved anything. I phoned on the 9th of January 2017 to find out how long i still have to wait and they said that my things are with Sars and that they would take 3 days and after that it would take 10 more days for the money to be in my account. I phoned again today 27th of January 2017 and the lady said that my things were only sent yesterday wich means that someone's been lying to me. Could someone please just wake these people up ???!!!</p>
