SURPLUS PENSION FUND (MIDFA)

<p>To start of its going on for more than 12 months now. 2015 i got the right paper work to full in from Metalindustrail Surplus pension fund. I phone the ofices ones a weak for more than 12 months. Then when a phone them there is a problem with my COPPY OF MY ID. Its to ligt or to dark. My hand sign is not rigt or it dosint matsh.. RIGHT NOW I HAD IT WITH THIS PEOPLE. ON THE 25/11/2016 I MADE A NEW COPPY OF MY ID OF BOUTH SIDES. CARD ID. I DID SIGHN IT TWICE LIKE THEY ASK ME TO DO. TIME LINE FOR THE PENSION TO PAY OUT IS BETWEEN 4 TO 12 WEAKS.
