Surplus Pension enquiry not answered

I have been in contact with MIBFA since last year about possible surplus pension payout , I did receive e-mails from them stating that they did receive the documents that I was required to fill in and post to them and that they are busy with my application. During the course of the month of June I received an e-mail from them stating that they can't work with my application since they did not receive the paper work that I was supposed to fill in. On the 29th June 2015 at 10h30 I sent them the paper work again this time via registered post through Postnet Courier and I quote the consignment NO. PN*** which was delivered to their offices at 42 Anderson Street Johannesburg and on the consignment note it was clearly specified that the documents must go to the Surplus pension fund department. I have since that dateI never heard from them again
