Surplus payment pending after more then 5 weeks !!

<p>Nobody responds to e-mails, None of the customer care personal can assist. We just need to know how long it will take before the money is paid. It's been more then 5 weeks.</p> <p>Text message received that the surplus benefit was approved and if we did receive the money we should ignore the message. How long does it take to make a payment???? </p>
