Surplus claim

I app**** for surplus fund of my late husband amd have sent all necessary documentation along like death certificate marriage certificate both my ID and late husbands Id amd a copy of our Will amd testimony that was in 2011 then i got i letter that state my claim was approved there after i received 2 letters with the amounts that was due to me i phoned mibfa weekly to find out when the money will be paid out which they gave me everytime different dates and up till today i did not receive a cent yet 3 weeks ago i registered post the proof that was send to me by mibfa that my claim was approved but still did not hear anything from them Im.a unemployed mother with 2 son's that need my money desperately please i can send the proof of there approval to hellopeter aswell if needed Can you please assist me with this case please Regards E Sampson ***
