Surplus Apportionment Statement and Bank Mandate

I app**** for my Surplus Apportionment Statement in June 2014 and was told each time to call back next month eventually this year from January onwards I contacted your offices twice a month to be told to call back in a months time. February and March I was advised that the Statement is still not calculated and I should call back. April the same.
May I was advised that the benefits have been calculated and I need to provide my e-mail / postal address.

I provided the details to the agent and was told it will take three weeks for the benefit statement..
June I follow up as it takes three weeks to e-mail the statement and I am advised that there are funds available on my main fund and that the statement has not been calculated !!!! I am then advised to contact the main fund, claim the funds for a job I had for six months and then return to the process of re-applying for the surplus benefit.

Angered I call in today only to be told that the benefit statement that I have been asking for since July 2014 has only been requested now in July 2015.

If you wish to pay me out do so if not and you wish to continue running your Nigerian **** then please advise your contributors !!!
