Super Service Received from ernest.

After 4 hours on the phone we got to Ernest who was extreamly friendly and helpfull. He listened to the problem and immediatly said the customer must come and see him and he will make work of the issue at hand. We spoke to several people who refused to assist, dropped the phone in our ear and who were extreamly rude. your company needs more people like Ernest. He is a super star and I thank him for his wonderful service and positive attitude. You dont get that type of service anymore. The world will be a beter place if we had more people like Ernest Masoga. Thank you!!
