Still waiting for payout

I submitted my application for my provident fund payout in January and I was told that if I have not received my money by June I should contact them. Since June I have contacted them numerous times and every single time I cannot get a straight answer. I get told it's a process and they do not know how long it will take. Then what are they doing there? Certainly not helping their clients. It's shocking that people have to wait so many months for their own money. Not to mention that *********** people are employed that have no idea how to do their job.
