Still waiting for MIBFA payout

Good day<br> <br> My husband quit his job June this year due to them working on short time for a long while, he then send the papers in to claim his provident fund. In September we got a phone call from MIBFA and we needed to send in bank statements. We then asked when the payment will be made and they told us we have to phone back in 2 weeks again. Weve bwen phoning them every second week from there but each time they cant give us any information and tells us to phone back again. This morning when my husband phoned again they told us that the person working on our claim is on matwrnity leave and that the new pwrson working on our claim have a lot of her own claims to work on and she might not get to our claim soon. We are in desperate need of the money to pay off all the loans we had to take when my husband were on short time.<br> <br> Please help us!!!<br> Thank you<br> <br> Monique O'kelly
