Still no payout!!!!!!

I'm very unhappy with the service I received from your company. This is now the 6 month and still my money has not been paid out. I'm very disappointed and will never refer anyone to this pension fund. My documentation has been received in December 2014 and up to today no reply or no payout. This is the worst service I have ever appearance. You are quick to take our money fist thing at month end but when you have to pay back it's long stories and hundreds of unsuccessful phone calls. I need feedback on this ASAP and who is cashing in on the interest of this money.
