My husband app**** for 2 pot system in September, till this day he has not received it.He went to the Mibfa offices in Johannesburg for at 4 times but with no assistance, we have called ,emailed and he was promised but nothing has happened. We app**** for this money because we really needed it from September to date we are still waiting. When he went to their office the last time a consultant told him straight that she forgot to process his claim. We have received little to no assistance,you call and eventually speak to someone their lines get cut off.Its been long hence I'm resorting to writing this review.
