Is easy to deduct money from workers MIBFA but its hard to pay us back why. I used to work for SFG engineering services PTY LTD as my contract endit not actually endit i was putted in a taxi home without issuing my documentation.. its your employees duty to rake u in to the office and issue a worker with his documents after being dismissed i was a month at home without any response from SFG so i decided to call in to the office wich i got assisted by SIVE BOVU what a friendly guy .. so he assisted me with all my documentation UI19 FORM and RIP5 form he said that i should head to cape town golden acer 12th floor wich i saw everybody's being assisted properly i was the only person called into a office as i went in to the office the Lady ask me whom i working for and for how long etc. As she waslooking at the system she told me that SFG ENGINEERING never paid provident fund to them THE COMPANY IS IN A REES WITH MIBFA ..I LEFT and came back a week after so i went back to 12th floor MIBFA . The same lady that assisted me called me in to the office and she performed the same procedure as she did .. boom there's where i saw these 2 companies is running a scheme on worker's money ..as i told SFG engineering what happened the company **** me wait a weak for R2500 straight in to my bank account i took it as bribe money.. please MIBFA I KNOW THAT'S NOT WHAT I HAVE WORKED FOR
