rude

received a very bad service from an arrogant young lady by the name Ema in the call center , she very rude and disrespectful...We've been having a back and forth from 2015 trying to claim my late brother in laws benefit with no help , one of their Assessors said by the name Sello Mashiloane even asked for a bribe in order to assist my mother in law and wife to speed up the process. yesterday i called and the lady i spoke to was very rude also (its like you guys hire *********** people) but she ended up assisting me and advising me that the tax number is missing...i got the tax number and called again today and that's one i spoke to this *********** lady by the name of Ema and she hung up the phone on me ... i want these two people dealt with accordingly or otherwise i am going to take this to the ombuds.
