Ridiculousness! MIBFA

10 months, almost a year later and my better half's provident fund has still not been paid out to him, which please understand... is owed to him MIBFA!!!! No matter how many times you call, you can call till your blue in the face you will get no answer. You think you strike luck when they finally do answer but then they leave you hanging. I myself resent all the documents and requested someone at MIBFA to atleast have the decency to call my boyfriend confirming receipt of the documents or something at least!! But jack... How long do they expect this to carry on for, absolutely *******! It's not your money MIBFA!!! Where do I get some help, who can we speak to or something!!!
