Refund on Provident Fund

<p>I app**** for my Provident Fund on the 14th of March 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 11th of April, Thamsanqan from Mipfa contacted me, confirming my banking details and also assure me that my claim is complete. They must get a tax indicator from SARS for the fund to be paid out.</p> <p> </p> <p>After that I send several e-mails to Thamsangan on the progress with no reply. I also contacted Mlungisi Mcira several times, every time he said he will draw my my file and get back to me with no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the contact centre several times, they just inform me that my claim is in progress.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted SARS today they informed me that they have not received the application yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned Mlungisi Mcira again on the third phone call he indicated that the claim is at the Auditors.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned the Call Centre to speak to somebody at the Auditors department apparently they dont take calls. So I really dont know how to get any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phones the Call Centra again they just inform me that the application is in progress.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to the service agreement from Mipfa it will take 14-21 days for a claim to be finalised, my claim is on 51 days still with no assurance when it be will paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and I request feedback asap.</p> <p> </p> <p>PI Fourie</p> <p> ********** 336 / ********** 606</p>
