Query of MIBFA

i app**** my documents to the head office on 9 may 2019 in JHB then mibfa needed my new id so i app**** for new id and sent that to them on 21 june 2019. So the lady said my payout will take more or less 2 weeks. so when i did a follow up she said that on monday 1 july 2019 they receive it back from SARS so the document is at payment department of mibfa 2 july and that i will receive my money any day now. well its 11 july 2019 and still no payment. when i phone Miranda at mibfa she said i must still just wait for my money and that the payment department doesn't have a number which you can call to do a follow up. so ill appreciate if someone can give me a number which i can call to follow up on my progress of my claim. cause my child's school fees is getting behind and i can only as the school to be patients for the school fees. Can any one help me please
