Provident Fund payout delays

I was on hold forever. Eventually when I am put through to Andile Makhanya. He informs me that my brother my call in himself. I tried to explain that he has been unemployed for 6 months now and has no funds. he started accusing me of being an impostor. all that I wanted was to understand the delay of his pay-out.<br> <br> I never said the monies should be paid to me. Very unprofessional and insulting.<br> I am not happy.
