Provident fund pay out empty promises

My mom claimed my dads pension fund in 2014 September and was told to wait 18 months , She submitted all the documents they requested , and was keep on calling them to ask how far is the process ,there was no delivery, she went back again on the 15 May 2015 and was told to wait for 6 weeks . and the bank will call her when the money its been transferred . She waited until we went last week Thursday on the 24 July 2015 and( Nomsa Gumede) the consultant whose dealing with the claim that the home affairs will call her to confirm that my dad his late .
