PROVIDENT FUND NOT PAID TO MY FATHER

I have rated this company before. I am now at a stage where I don't know what to do anymore. After 7 months of struggles to get my father's provident fund paid out to him, I wished the people involved can understand how much trouble and pain they cause to the people involved especially if you worked for that money. MIFA please pay my father's money if SARS is the problem arrange a conference call with SARS since we have to make appointments with SARS which takes 4weeks to see a consultant and we have waited more then half a year already.
