Provident fund nightmare MIBFA

Good afternoon

I'm in need of some help. My Provident fund papers where submitted in December I got payed out the 4th of June 2020 by MIBFA. I gave the letter of the last company I worked for Rooikat Engineering and the company before Taigen that Industry liquidated. Today they payed out R5900 and said when I called they only payed out for Rooikat Engineering. So even if we take Taigen(witch they stated when I left I had R16000 in my fund with them) out of the question and leave me with just Rooikat Engineering. By Rooikat Engineering I payed on average R1100 pm just from my side for two years. That is over R24000 so here is where it's becoming a little bit strange for me. I asked before I got the money what the amount was they said they'd have to calculate it before telling me. This morning when I was asking them to send me the information about my account they said the can't it has already been calculated. They said they have made a query but they couldn't cc me in or give me the number of the people they queried, only asked for my number saying they will call me back. I feel helpless and wronged if it's not there fault and a company along the line didn't pay my money correctly I atleast want that information
