Provident fund

I went and claimed for my Provident fund in June 2 months later I'm still being sent from pillar to post and every time I call or go to find out what the delay is I don't get straight answers and payout keeps being extended by 2 weeks,every after the time they give me I call to find out what's going on and they tell me it Will take another 10 days or and this is really frustrating because I've been out of work for months now,my debts keep pilling up yet I have money that I can't access and it's not the first time they do this to me ,the first claim also took months ,I'm really not happy with the service.
