provident fund

hy guys we got a problem here with my mother the problem is that my father passed away last month and he was married with my mother under civil law and they got 6 children so my dad decided to take another wife under customary law but it did not work becouse of the type of marriage they took him and my mother he only got lobola letter no marriage certificate he only paid lobola and the got 1 kid now what is happening is that the woman that my father wanted to marry took a trip and went to the work place where my father was working at to without telling anyone in the family she went ther to get papers to claim my dads provident fund at mibfa and my dad had 8 kids every child has there percentage.

so the woman took 6 birth certificate with her to claim the money but she did not get all the certificate so guys can i ask will her application be succefull or not becouse if it does we will get nothing from the provindent fund so is it possible
