provident fund

To who this may cocern<br> Myself my father and brother app**** for our provident fund<br> on the 04/09/2014. My brother received his returns in the month of December, myself and my father have not received<br> our returns! Had I not gone in to mibfa in the second week of January to find out the status of my application it would of been unknown as the person responsible for handling my application did not bother to submit my paper work in to the next department!!! The gentleman that attended to me ensured that the matter would be resolved asap and that I would be paid in the month of February. I phoned this week to find out the status on my returns only to my disappointment once again that my application has not even been touched! My fathers application is still lying under the checking department and has been so for nearly 2,5 weeks. I want answers please because this monies owed to us is of great necessity due to unemployment and now my vehicle is on the verge of reposesion due to careless and miss handling of my application! My Sars status is in order, please help me.
