Provident claim nightmare

<p>I have submitted provident fund claim in person on the 31 March 2016. I started making enquires on the progress of my claim after 8 weeks (30 May 2016). I was then advised to call in the 3rd week of June which i did. consultant told me that my claim was on the last stage of processing payment i must check last week of June. June the 30th i called and i was told the same thing on the 20thJune that my claim is at last stage of payment. i called again yesterday the 13th of July unfortunately the status on my claim has not changed, it is still on the last stage of payment. when i complain about this i was told the was nothing they can do as the cliam is not with the processing departement and they have log a call about it. today the 21st of July the status quo hasnt changed.</p> <p>how long does it take to process a payment from date of recipient of claim. is't from 6 to 8?. July will be 4th month (16 weeks) in waiting for my money.</p>
