PROMISES NOT KEPT

Good Day, Mibfa Metal industries announced the Surplus aportionment to members who worked in the metal industries about 4years ago. I am enquiring on behalf of my grandfather Philip Sharkey id ***. We submitted all forms 2 and a half years ago whenever we contact we are promissed either something is outstanding or that payment will be made within 2weeks<br> This is really frustrating my grandfather is old and needs medical attention, it would be appreciated if one of the agents could call and advise exactly when payment wull be made and not always say they need this or that wwhen a call is made. I really hope u understand the urgency in this<br>
