Profident fund claim

I've submitted my provident fund claim in August 2019.Now MIBFA want me to send a proof of name change i mean I was 12 years ago in the metal industry under a christian name. I joined the fund 2 years ago under my Muslim name.They deduct every week from a muslim name the company registered me with but now that I want to claim it's a problem I mean it's my money that I worked for and I'm unemployed. I can't help if they kept my id number on there system they had to open a new file because they could've seen the names didn't correspond.
