Profident Fund Claim

Good Day

Regarding to my claim to my provident fund it is now almost 6 months and I’m still waiting for it. It was told that I will receive my provident fund claim on the latest on end of March 2018.

The first time my paperwork was handed in by mibfa department in last year Sept/Oct . January when I called for feedback they told me that they have my paper work on the system but they lost the original paper work. I had to go and get the original papers once again. The 3rd week in February they told me that my provident fund claim will be submitted to mibfa's accounting department and that will take 3 days max before mibfa will get feedback from them and when everything went well they will be submitting my claim in my account.

Now once again there is something wrong with their system.

It is almost 6 Months. I sended all my paper work slips etc. to mibfa. As far as I know all my details everything is fully filled in right and the original paper work is also handed in by mibfa's department by hand once again.
