PROCESSING OF PROFIDEND FUND

My husband is still waiting for his provident fund payout. It has been 5 months now. He even submit the necessary documents by hand hoping that will speed up processing. I think the people emaployeed to do the worki is not capable to do it and the managment of the relevant departartment is also pathetic.
