Poorest service

Every year I have to go through the same disrespect from thus Fund. I put aclaim in for schiol fees, stationery and uniform, in Nov 2022. Today, still, not even acknowledgement of my mail received. I cannotundertand why the xlaim process is like going to space,an impossible task. My kid has no uniform or stationery for his new school. Thanks MIBFA.
