Poor telephone etiquette

I submitted my documents sometime in this month and I was told to call in a few weeks ,I called and I was told to call again , when I called again I spoken to a very rude agent who clearly does not have proper telephone etiquette, I spoke to a lady called Florence I hope she receives the training she needs
