Poor service to pensioners

They stopped my fathers pension without notifying him the 25 February 2021 . on the 4 March 2021 they sent an email that his status has been updated and on the 25 March 2021 they again did not payout his pension . Their service are poor , i spoke to a guy Siya and ask to speak to a manager and he did not want to put me in contact with one .
