Poor Service

Good day I have submitted my documents last year November already. The half of my pension was suppose to pay out to my ex wife and the half to me and my surplus. The paid 3 months later the half of my pension as well as my surplus to my ex wife and still nothing to me. Everytime i need to fill in more documents and they don't get back to me. I have to phone them every 2nd week. I don't have the money for that. What can I do now? Please advise...
