Poor Service Delivery from MIBFA

I'm very unhappy with the service I received from MIBFA. This is now the 6 month and still my money has not been paid out. I'm very disappointed and will never refer anyone to this pension fund ! This is the worst service ever. You are quick to take our money fist thing at month end but when you have to pay back it's long stories and hundreds of unsuccessful phone calls. All they say is call again after 4 weeks ?
