Poor service

Poorest service!!! My husband sent three his claim in January all ready!!! Still waiting,every time when he phones there is a different story! It's being send to SARS 4 times already according to their info and it's being at the business analyst for the last 2weeks! 16 weeks has passed all ready and still the same story. I won't recommend mibfa for any pension fund saving. If you can get your own pension fund!
