Poor Service

Send an email after holding on forever on the phone. This was 28 March 2018. Since then we got one response via email and since then nothing. I called this morning and after asking the ID and name they end the call. I called 8 times after that and the phone only rang twice and the call ends. Then they pick up and put down immediately. There is no help wrt to the surplus payout but back in the days they were very quick to take money from employees. We are in dire straits with the manner this situation has been handled. Poor service!!!!
