POOR SERVICE

I have app**** for my provident fund january the 26th and up till now they either tell me my documents are wrong or they waiting on feedback or to be processed I would to know what is going on at 42 Anderson because thus people does not know how to speak to people and also I dont think they know what they doing and I wondee how they were awarded to care of peoples pension s they are playing with peoples lives.i am also beighing evicted soon my landlord wants his money I dont know wot to do anymore is there help out there please
