POOR Customer service!

Goodday! After several documentation send via courier. And they singed for it. I'm still waiting for any response. I made calls to them then I hold up to 30min just to be put on hold again while they surg for my documents. Cant find it. Will phone me back! What a joke!!! Still waiting for the call.
