Pension Payout

Good Day,<br> <br> I'm currently assisting my father with his pension payout with MIBFA, he retired in December 2014 and his forms was submitted by my self on the 20th July 2015. This normally takes 6 to 8 weeks for payout, but no responds was given to us this far. We need to know what is happening and way. My parents need this money to make a living.<br> <br> Please help us.<br> <br> Thank you
