Pension payment has not been paid out.

I resigned from my position last September 2014 when I submitted my papers for my fund to be paid out. I was told that it would take up to 4 months before this process would be completed.<br> <br> I included all the required documentation and extra that I knew would be required, including TAX clearance from SARS that was for the tax period I am claiming my pension in. <br> <br> I have tried calling several times only to either not get through or to have the call killed on me. I have not been rude, abbusive, aggressive or threatening in any way yet I am treated with hostility. <br> <br> This is highly unacceptable and I would like this issue resolved asap, but getting any sort of response is nearly impossible. <br>
