pension not paid

I resigned at the beginning of October 2015.i went to metal industries and completed the documents to have my pension paid out.i have a receipt stating they received all the necessary docs.To date i have not yet received my payment which should have been processed in 8 weeks which is the standard.They now tell me it will only be paid at the end of February 2016. I am concerned when the end of Feb comes they will simply change the date again.
