Pension funds

Good day My grandfather passed away 2017 March and he use to work at a cable company. We submitted all documents to Mibfa and we ware assisted by very rude lady called Dorothy who is very *********** and never responds to emails. Beneficiaries only got money on 2 months back of which we don't know how much each beneficiary is suppose to get and she promised us payment letter we still haven't received them. We asked her the money we got is it all of it she said it's not all of it. No one signed for this we expected all monies to be paid at once. I'm the bread winner and my grandfather died and thought his family would be taken care of during his absence instead things are worse
