Pension Fund claim of my dad

The metal industries benefit fund is a ****** institute. My mom claimed my dads pension fund in 2010 October and was told to wait 18months before being compensated which she did wait but, there was no delivery, she went again and was told to wait 6 months as they are waiting for declaration from the financial department. We waited until I went this year January with her, we were told the money is there but by march it will be paid, March came and Passed now it's July. I'd like to know who waits 5 years for Pension fund if the correct procedure is being followed? I wonder if the people in higher positions are depositing the monies into their personal accounts or what. After all it's people's money. Also please train your staff on employment they treat people unfairly.
