Pension fund claim

This pension fund frustrates people by withholding member's pension funds on purpose.I have been calling their call center for a while and asked to speak to someone senior. That's when a guy by the name of Andile called me who sounded arrogant and refused to process my claim just because i'm standing up for what is rightfully mine. Can someone please assist.
