PENSION FUND

my husband passed away 1 year ago and in the testament I'm the only beneficiary, on the pension fund documents I am the only beneficiary/nominee. His children who is adults and married and who wasn't dependent on him told lies to MIBFA, and money that had to be paid out to me at the anniversary of his death this year 2020, R100 000 were paid to his children without my consent, who is the widow, of the deceased, and without any documentation explaining this to me. I am in the process with a legal case against them and will I take them to court.
